She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Anderson and Jennie Croft Ward; her husband Robert "Slim" Mader; and her brother Donald Anderson. She is survived by: her daughter Kay Johnson of Monroeton; her granddaughter Tonia Burgess of Canton; her great grandchild Cole Burgess of Canton; and her sister Virginia Neiley of Wysox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
