He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardell Culver and Dorothy Potter Culver; and his brother Joseph Culver. He is survived by: his wife Janice B. "Jan" Culver of Wysox; his children, Marc Culver (Nancy) of Scranton, Jeremiah Culver of Towanda and Julia Culver of Peckville, PA; and his brother George "Pete" Culver of Elmira, NY. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
