He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kulick and Bernadean Vanderpool Kulick Sage; his son Edward Kulick, Jr.; his uncle Alvin (Ike); his grandparents, Richard Vanderpool, Blanche Reichenbach, Kathryn Kulick and Joe Silva; his brother-in-law John Costello (Lou); and his stepfather Edward Sage.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Suzanne Hampton Allen; his wife Suzanne; his children, Kim (Ray Neubert) and Jon (Diane Kulick); his grandchildren, Marion Gibblets, Kachine (Paige), Erica (Rob Shores), Jenna, Patrick (Alisha) and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Macey Gibblets, Trinity Kulick, Aubree Kulick and Jeremiah Shores; his sister Karen Sage; his sister-in-law Ulilla Costello; and his cousin Suzanne Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
