He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathy Quail (O'Connor) of New Albany and Michael Quail; his sister Paula Quail of New Albany; his girlfriend Kylie Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Shaffer, Tony Quail, Gracie Carter, Curtis Carter, Emily Carter and Abigail Carter.
