He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Levengood and Alice Levengood (Offner); his former wife Geraldine Levengood (Wade); his sons, Rex Levengood and Jay Levengood; and his great grandchild Amy Lantz.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Levengood (Stock) of Wyomissing; his children, Karen Lantz of Phoenixville and Dean Levengood of Colorado; his stepdaughter Andrea Riegel of West Reading; and his brother Nelson Levengood of Lancaster. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 1 step-grandchild.
