We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2024, at the age of 90, Thomas Dale Rutter (Wyomissing, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Rutter and Dorothy Rutter (Metzler). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Rutter (Lawrence); his sons, Alan D. Rutter (Susan) of Exeter and Jeffrey S. Rutter (Deborah) of Flying Hills; and his grandchildren, Patrick, Scott, Janelle, Steven, Andrew, Jessica, Kaitlynn and Karlee Rutter. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
