He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn J. Owens (Hoffert); his parents, Delmar S. Owens and Angeline K. Owens (Schell); and his son Roger D. Owens. He is survived by: his children, Larry D. Owens (Tere) and Debra L. Peterson (Scott); and his grandchildren, Chelsea Owens, Bailey Tomalis, Serena Javens (Nicholas), Michelle Ebersole and Stacy Owens. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
