He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Rader and Ralph Rader. He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. Rader (Ream); his daughters, Debra F. Baldwin of Reading and Judith L. (William McAfee) of Sinking Spring; and his grandchildren, Jackie Rader (Samantha), Andrew Rader, Dwain Baldwin, Corey Baldwin, Chadd Baldwin, James Reidnauer, Brandy Troutman (Jack), Billy McAfee and Nathan McAfee. He is also survived by 13 great grand children. and one great great grandchild.
