He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul L. Sommers, Sr. and Lillian E. (Purcell); and his wife Thelma L. Sommers (Scatchard).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church (2600 St Albans Dr, Reading, PA 19609). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church (2810 St Albans Dr, Reading, PA 19608). A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Gethsemane Cemetery (3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605).
