She was predeceased by: her husband Fred A. Bieber; her parents, John H. Messner and Miriam M. Messner (Focht); and her son Randy F. Bieber. She is survived by: her son Rodney F. Bieber (Ellen L. Bieber) of Alsace Township; her grandchildren, Jennifer Furness (James Furness), Thomas Bieber (Erin Bieber) and Kathleen Blatt (Justin Blatt); and her great grandchildren, Stella, Finn and Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. John's United Church of Christ, 57 St. John's Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mrs. Fern E. Bieber.
