He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Moyer and Maggie E. Adams; his stepfather James Adams; his children, Vickie Bastian of Wyomissing, PA., Richard Moyer of Mays Landing, NJ, Donna Hagaman, Donald Moyer Jr. of Kutztown, PA, Ronald Moyer of Wernersville, PA and Terri Raihl of Wernersville, PA; his wife Dawn Moyer (Ludwig); and his brother Ronald S. Moyer. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
