She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard J. Mazurkiewicz; her parents, Robert L. Koller and Katie Koller (Adams); and her daughter Dawn M. Mazurkiewicz. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa A. Barto (Christopher M.) of Shillington; her grandchildren, Joshua C. Barto, Gabrielle A. Barto and Madeline H. Barto; and her siblings, Larry Dierolf of Fleetwood, Linda Snyder of Limekiln, Robert Koller Jr. of Temple, Jeffrey Koller of Riverview Park and Debra Hart of Douglassville.
