He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael C. Godack and Annette Godack (Kudlak); and his siblings, Frank, Marlene and Bob.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadine M. Godack (Jarkiewicz); his children, Amy (Stephen R. Lowe) of Ellicott City, MD, Shawn (Ted Sickler) and Kate M. (Jason Alwine); and his grandchildren, Emily, Brandon, Eric, Adam, Joshua and Ethan.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Ignatius Church in John's memory.
