He is survived by: his children, Richard Fox Jr. (Yurani), Kimberly Maconeghy (Jim), Jefferson Twp and Nicole Fox; his grandchildren, Yara Fox, Marisa, Brooke Maconeghy and Karly Sanchez; and his brothers, Tommy and Keith Fox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
