She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomasitis and Helen Kurdock Thomasitis; her husband James F. LaVerdi, Jr.; her children, Brenda Lee and James; and her daughter-in-law Donna Haggerty LaVerdi.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn LaVerdi of Inkerman, Bonnie Brown (Bernie) of Inkerman and Mark LaVerdi; her grandchildren, Janine LaVerdi, Alea and Moriah Scarantino; her great grandchildren, Christian and Johnny Scarantino; and her great great grandchildren, Preston and Lori.
