He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Korea Zack; his parent Sophie Para Zack; his children, Jennifer Houston (Brian) of Exeter, Jill Layaou (Adam) of Wyoming and John Zack (Veronica Nelson) of Exeter; his grandchildren, Zachary, Abby, Ben, Sam Houston and Sophia Layaou; his brothers, David Zack (Barbara) of Henderson and Joe Korea of Duryea; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Korea of Duryea and Nance Korea of Moscow.
