He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Besermin and Anna Klobaskhsky Tomascik Besermin; his wife Arline; his stepson Samuel Burridge; his daughters-in-law, Betsy and Iola Burridge; his brothers, John and Edward Besermin; and his half-brothers, Joseph, Frank and Stephen Tomascik.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Stacy Jackson, Charlene Newman, Tracy Burridge, Lisa Burridge, Kelley Tillinghast, Britt, Justin Burridge, Mark and Joey Burridge; and his sister Vernonia Besermin Gibblets. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Due to concerns over the current pandemic, the viewing and funeral service for George will be private.
