He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Fedorko (Renfer). He is survived by: his sons, Gene Fedorko, Jr. of McKinney, TX, Brock Fedorko and West of Wyoming; and his brother Michael J. Fedorko, Jr. (Edwardsville). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
