He was predeceased by: his father Charles T. Bastis. He is survived by: his mother Ethel Andrews Bastis of Wyoming; his wife Delphine Wentko; his siblings, Thomas Bastis (Zan) and June Peron (Robert) of Shavertown; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Wentko of Plymouth, Larry Wentko of Plymouth and Frank Wentko (Roseanne) of Dallas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
