She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Adamchik and Ann Slipetz Adamchik; her son Paul Allen Monko Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Adamchik, Mary Cramer and Charmayne Wojciechowski.
She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Christopher Monko (Jill), Lisa Ermert (Eric) and Susan Lopuhovsky (Brad); her grandchildren, C. J. Monko (Rachel), Sarah Monko, Keira Budzyn, Arianna Budzyn and Isabella Ermert; her great grandchildren, Denver Snook and Penelope Grace Monko; and her siblings, Alberta Gabel, Ruth Bruno (Stanley), Albert Adamchik (Betty), Michael Adamchik (Karen) and Kingston.
