He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Benedict and Catherine Teresa McDyer; his former wife Suzann McDyer; his son John Gamble Hunter (Pixie); his grandson Steven Hunter; and his brother John McDyer.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Jill A. Gormley (Thomas) and Kristen Suzann Lynch (Tim); his grandchildren, Matthew Hunter, Andrew Hunter, Amy Skeel, Devlin Lynch, Carolyn Hamborsky, Elizabeth Raine, Noah Lynch, Kimberly Gormley and Robert Gormley; and his great grandchildren, Kingston, Hailey, Elliana, Preston, Emma, James, Logan, Iain, Owen and Patrick.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret of Antioch Church (208 N Narberth Ave, Narberth, PA 19072). A Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (235 Matsonford Rd, Conshohocken, PA 19428).
