We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2019, at the age of 89, Ruth Halter (Wyncote, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald J. Halter. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol S. Halter and Elizabeth A. Doak (Daniel); her grandchildren, James D. Doak (Kelly) and Melissa E. Doak; her great grandchildren, Kai Doak and Eli Doak; and her sister Mary Davis.
