Virginia D. Carter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 72, Virginia D. Carter of Wyano, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John David Wood Sr. and Ella Virginia Wood (Wolfe); her husband Roger Lee Carter; and her sister Dolly McKeel. She is survived by: her son Scott Wood (Kelly) of Irwin; her grandsons, Dallyn, Ethan, Keelan and Keigen Wood; her siblings, Kate Reagan (Randy), Doris Martynuska, Johnna Young (Tom) and John Wood Jr. (Amy); and her pets, Dexter and Rocco. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Shafton VFC Banquet Hall.
