She was predeceased by: her husband Richard James "Dick" Fly of Doylestown, PA.; her granddaughter Megan Oliva Parr; and her siblings, William Fahie, James Fahie and Winifred Dubyk.
She is survived by: her children, Richard James Fly II, Theresia (Scott) and Michelle (Richard); her brother John; and her sister-in-law Dorothy. She is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
