He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Oehlke (Vanderhoof). He is survived by: his father David Wack (Shirley) of Highbridge, NJ.; his wife Alice M. Wack of Wyalusing; his children, Bryan Wack (Brenda) of Picture Rocks, Alyssa Calciano (Ryan) of Factoryville and Dillon Wack of Warwick, NY; his granddaughter Brook; his siblings, Ken and Kim Wack; his parents-in-law, Harold Sr. and Carolyn Temples; and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Jackson and Harold Temples Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
