He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Joines (Great Bend) and Tom Joines (Binghamton); and his siblings, Jerry Joines and Judy Mogridge. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Joines (Scott Shelp) and Kelly Kuehn (Lee); his former wife Shirley Collins; his grandchildren, Travis Novakowski, Brett Shelp, Lucas Kuehn and Abigail Shelp; his siblings, Lynn Joines (Linda), David Joines (Heather), Penny Wilber (John) and Barb Galloway; and his girlfriend Judy (Murphy).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607, or assisting a Veteran in need.
