He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Fenton, Sr.; his brother Arthur Lee Fenton, Jr.; and his grandparents, Robert, Catherine Lee, Ruth and Rufus Fenton.
He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Lee Fenton of Wilmot, PA; his siblings, Chris Fenton (Chrisey) of Lovelton, PA and Matthew Fenton (Tanya) of Wilmot, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Harrison Fenton, Preston Fenton, Carter Fenton, Zachary Fenton and Mackenzie Fenton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Jeff's name to the Penn-York Detachment of the Marine Corps League, 3271 Bridge Street Hill Rd, Towanda, PA 18848.
