It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Jean Rought of Wyalusing, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Faux and Arlene Wall; her grandchildren, Terilyn Walters and Christina Paris; her sisters, Ruth Snedeker (Allen) and Audrey Stanley; her son-in-law Stanley Way, Jr.; and her cousin Bob Henry.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Rought, Sr.; her children, Terry Walters (Lottie) of Liberty Corners, PA, Jamie Walters of Rome, PA, Donna Jenner (Richard) of Evergreen, PA, Vicki Way of Meshoppen, PA, Connie Paris of Meshoppen, PA and Walter "Sonny" Rought, Jr. (Jacki) of Laceyville, PA; her grandchildren, Terry Walters, Jr., Melissa Walters, Christopher Walters, Brandon Walters, Skylar Walters, Jimmy Walters, Samantha Walters, Jeremy Jenner (Holly), Richard "Bubba" Jenner (Emily Signore), Matthew Jenner, Nikki Jenner, Annalease Donald (Seth), Michele Maynard (Curt), Michael Chamberlin, Chastity Walters, Marie Paris, Dalton McCullough (Adrianna), Trinity Kulick, Vayda Rought and Elijah Rought; her sisters, Georgene Sheridan of South Montrose, PA and Kathy Wilson of Montrose, PA; and her cousin Judy Henry of Connecticut. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
