We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2023, at the age of 75, Glenn Robert Felter of Wyalusing, Pennsylvania, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. Felter Jr. and Dorothy Hall Felter; his brothers, Edward E. Felter III and Wayne Joseph Felter Sr.; his brother-in-law Paul Luttinen; his grandson Jacob Drew Heeman; and his nephews, Aaron Felter and Edward E. Felter IV.
He is survived by: his close friend Brenda Robinson; his daughters, Nicole "Nikki" and Angie (Adam); his grandsons, Justin, Thomas and Nolan; and his siblings, Patricia and Keith.
