He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Seamans and Arlene G. Gow Roberts; his sons, James E. "Jeb" Bahr Jr. and Robert Allen Bahr; and his brother Richard Seamans.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn (Tom Taramelli), Tim (Maria), Michael (Nancy), Randy (Shirley Bahr) and Laurie (Carlos Davila); his daughter-in-law Christie; his siblings, Dale, Robin (Lollie) and Diane Czekalski; his siblings-in-law, Carol, Larry, Ann, Jean and Jerry Lee; and his caregiver Trish Howe. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
