She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter, Jr. Walter and Lois Jeannette Farr Walter; and her brothers, Duane Walter and Peter Walter, III. She is survived by: her children, Ronald B. Smith, Jr. (Tonya) of Wyalusing, PA and Melissa Kay Smith (Josh Rundell) of Rome, PA; her grandchildren, Landen Smith, Alexia Kintner and Audreanna Fenton; her husband Ronald Smith, Sr. of Wyalusing, PA; and her brothers, Paul Walter of Homets Ferry, PA and Robert Walter of Elmira, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sheldon Funeral Home (459 Main St, Laceyville, PA 18623). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the donor's local fire company.
