He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleon Chamberlin and Camille Chamberlin; his son Brian Chamberlin; his brother Don Chamberlin; his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Chamberlin and Larry Snyder; his stepson-in-law Frank Hodder; and his stepgrandchild Kodie Grant.
He is survived by: his close friend Kathy Sweeney of Wyalusing, PA; his sons, David Mark Chamberlin, Jr. and Michael Todd Chamberlin (Millie) of Stevensville, PA; his stepchildren, Jeffery Sweeney (Monica) and Lori Sweeney; his grandchildren, Michele Maynard (Curt) of Towanda, PA and Michael Chamberlin of Litchfield; his stepgrandchildren, Katelyn Swimley, Robert Bartholomew and Deborah Bartholomew; and his siblings, Ronald Chamberlin (Mary) of Alabama, Audrey Snyder of Sugar Run, PA, Butch Chamberlin (Marlene) of Wyalusing, PA and Pat Heyer (Thomas) of Wysox, PA. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
