He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron K. Davis and Elizabeth "Betty" M. Cruver Davis; and his children, Kimberly Ann "Kimi" Davis, Michelle Lynn Davis, Michael Davis and Clarke David Davis.

He is survived by: his son Scott (Jeannie Davis) of Athens, PA; his grandchildren, Olivia Davis of Athens, Kasandra Valdez of Tunkhannock, PA, Michelle Michaels of Tunkhannock, PA, Taylor Weber of Tunkhannock, PA, Katelyn Davis of Tunkhannock, PA, Branden Davis of Hanover, PA, Dylan Davis of Tunkhannock, PA and Sean Davis of Tunkhannock, PA; his siblings, David Davis of Baltimore, MD, Mike Davis of Wyalusing, PA, Lloyd Davis of Athens, PA and Suzanne Davis of Detroit, MI; and also Kathy Davis of Philadelphia, PA.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
