He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Shaud Cunningham; his parents, Spurgeon H. Sr. Cunningham and Estella Reever Cunningham; his son Steven A. Cunningham; and his siblings, Preston, Clarence, Dennis, Kenneth, Robert, Gladys, Patsy, Mary Lou, Judith and Linda.
He is survived by: his children, David H. Cunningham (Debra), Diane E. Peters (Steven) and Bonnie S. Cunningham; and his siblings, James, Blaine, Barry, Alan, Mark, June Clinton, Alma Klahold, Phyllis Dellinger and Darlene Evans. He is also survived by four granddaughters; five great grandchildren.
