She is survived by: her spouse Ryan E. Filmore; her son Tad M. Horne (Corinne); her siblings, Michael J. Groff (Sharon) and Pamela C. Lininger (Erik); her nephews, Dustin K. Arnold and Matthew J. Whiteley; her niece Misha N. Livsey (Ian); and her aunt Miriam Shellenberger.
