He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacob and Elsie Matilda Leiphart (Dietz). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anna Leiphart (Curry); his children, Sandra Holtzapple (Clifford) of Red Lion, Kathy Haugh (Mervin Haugh, III) of New Bridgeville and Michael Arnold (Jill) of Wellsville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Brandy, Candy, Amanda, Rachel, Melanie, Meggan, Anne and Michele; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Stella, Felicity, Quintin, William and Leroy. He is also survived by brother and three sisters.
