He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Wanbaugh and Merle E. Wanbaugh (Hunt); and his siblings, John, Michael and Caroline.

He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Wanbaugh (Bair); his sister Betty Laird; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Wanbaugh, Jolene Fisher and Larry Fisher; and his nieces and nephews, Randy Fisher, Joshua Wanbaugh, Renee Stewart, Karen Dahowski, Jennifer Montoya, Tracey DuVall, Susan Bustos and Sarah Conard.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Raymond's memory may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 243 Hellam Street, Wrightsville, PA 17368.
