He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Francis and Anna B. Wise (Walker); his wife Mary Ann Wise (Pomraning); and his siblings, Katherine, Robert and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Lynn Kriner of York, John Ira Wise (Marti) of York and Debra Ann Hays (Eugene) of East Berlin; his grandchildren, Lauren, Monica, Kirsten, Mallory and Lonna; his great grandchildren, Luca, George and Henry; and his brother William "Bill" Wise (Joyce) of Red Lion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
