He was predeceased by: his parent George Kibler. He is survived by: his parent Isabella Kibler (Elder); his children, Michael D. Kibler of Hamilton, MT and Peggy S. Fahringer of Wrightsville; and his sister Doris Smith of Marietta. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
