She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Landis; and her brothers, Frederick Abel and Ronald Abel. She is survived by: her spouse Chester E. Newcomer of Wrightsville; her parent Helen Abel (Drake); her daughters, Erica Newcomer (Brian Canuel) of Maryland and Teresa Newcomer of York; and her granddaughter Kylie Canuel.
