He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Mae Stair (Becker); and his siblings, Charles Stair, Jr., Samuel Stair, Edwin Stair and Eunice Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Donald R. Stair, Jr. of Wrightsville and Susan M. Stump (Brad) of York; and his grandchildren, Keith Stair, Kristen Stump and Kevin Stump.
