He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Shelley (Beaverson) and Roy Shelley; and his stepmother Lola Shelley (Schilling). He is survived by: his wife Jane Shelley (Hoover); his children, Sandra J. Mertz (Samuel), Elizabeth A. Miller (Mark), Frances K. Eshelman (James) and Kirk A. Shelley; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jared, Aubrey and Mary; his brother Donald Shelley; and his stepsister Linda Keller.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A masonic service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Etzweiler Funeral Home - Wrightsville (700 Hellam St, Wrightsville, PA 17368). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wrightsville Presbyterian Church (205 N 2nd St, Wrightsville, PA 17368).
