It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny L. Metzgar of Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, born in Pleasantville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora L. Metzgar and Bea Metzgar (Shields); his brother Dale E. Metzgar; his parents-in-law, Richard "Dick" and Patricia Hollabaugh; his grandparents-in-law, George and Stella Fredricks; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen James, Christine Zakostelecky and John E. Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hollabaugh; his children, Holly Metzgar of Wrightsville, Cheryl Thomas (Shawn) of Guys Mills and Richard Metzgar (Lindsey) of Wrightsville; his sisters, Connie Wright of Pleasantville, Nancy Masiker of Titusville and Betty McKlveen (Bill) of Pleasantville; and his sister-in-law Janice Hart (Doug) of Townville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
