With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Plyler Sr. of Worthington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Plyler and Eva Plyler (Woodall); his wife Margaret 'Peg' Plyler (Hooks); his daughter-in-law Patricia Plyler of Papillion, Nebraska; and his brother James Plyler.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Plyler, Jr. of Papillion, Neb. and Tamra Plyler of Worthington; his granddaughters, Jennifer Miller (Tony) of Papillion, Neb., Samantha Kersul (Alex Hur) of Seattle and Julie Hull (Ricky) of Lincoln, Neb.; his great grandchildren, Devin, Molly, Hunter, Kalaen, Trent, Samantha and Hannah; his brother Richard Plyler (Jessie) of Oxford; and his sisters-in-law, Dot Plyler of Kennett Square, Pat Hooks of Kittanning, Shirley Rimel of Monroe, Michigan and Mary Lou Zellefrow of Kittanning. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
