He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Conrad and Anna Conrad (Lucheon); his daughter Barbara Smith (Richard) of Worthington; his wife Jane Conrad (Hays); and his siblings, Ann Polacek, Dorothy Furimsky, Elizabeth Risch and Gregory Conrad.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amanda Stitt (Jason) of Freeport and Brian Smith (Kierra) of Worthington; and his sister Sharon Hamilton of Butler.
