She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Thomas and Mary Louise Cravener; her former husband Richard Clyde Swank; her husband Robert Harry McCullough; and her siblings, Tom, John, Anna and Irene.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Claypoole (Joe) of Kittanning; her stepchildren, Jeanne Wolfe (Tom) of Kittanning and Rich Swank (Hope Greenwald) of Chicora; her brothers, James Cravener (Bonnie) of Florida and Michael Cravener (Susan) of Florida; her grandchildren, Amber Loose (Curtis), Kaitlin Claypoole, Angela Claypoole, Erin Wright (James), Molly Wolfe and Steven Wolfe; and her great grandchildren, Sinjin Vega, Adalia Vega, Belle Morales, Joseph Wright, Lealynn Wright, Letty Wright and Laney Wright.
