Evans; and his siblings, Raymond Alfred Shields, Robert Craig Shields, William John Shields, Margaret Anna Claypool, Hazel Marie VanDyke, Janet Irene Shields and Helen Louise Shields.
He is survived by: his son-in-law William C. Evans; his grandchildren, Christopher Shawn Evans (Christina) and Lisa Elaine Evans; his great grandchildren, Patrick James Evans, Sean Michael Evans Arblaster, Austin Levi Evans Arblaster and Heath Allen Bettelyoun; his brother Carl Eugene Shields (Donna) of Worthington; and his close friend Mildred Roudesbush.
