She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Crawford and Beulah Crawford; her husband Richard Smith (Dick); her great grandchildren, Zachery Stennett and Cameron Crissman; and her sisters, Jean Smith, Dorothy Budd, Louise Giff, Betty Mularchik and Pat Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Smith (Barb), Robert Smith (Patricia), Connie Fox (John) and Darlene Bowser of Worthington; and her brothers, Richard Crawford (Connie) and Robert Crawford (Marie). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
