He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fletcher and Goldie Fletcher (McMillen); his grandparents, Basil, Laura McMillen, Charles and Frances Fox; his sister Connie Smith; his sister-in-law Gloria Shaeffer; his parents-in-law, Kenneth Bowser and Hazel Bowser; his brothers-in-law, Paul Bowser, Kenneth Bowser, Keith Claypool, Walter Barnhart and Robert Smith; and his nephew Joseph Peat.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Fletcher (Bowser); his children, Kenneth Fletcher (Nancy) and Mary Jo Gaiser (Scott); his grandsons, Andrew Gaiser (Kevin) and Ryan Gaiser (Heather); his stepgranddaughters, Donna Guthrie, Ellen Mahler and Julia Williamson (Nathan); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Steven Guthrie, Leeland Guthrie, Hunter Giles, Levi Williamson and Blair Williamson; his siblings-in-law, Joy Barnhart, Judy Skelley, Susan Peat (Richard), Jack Shaeffer and Gerald Bowser; his cousin Ruth Crain; and also Jimmy Edwards (Joanna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
