Mazurek of Worthington, Susan Lane of Alliance and Sandra Scopel of Ford Cliff; her grandchildren, Dustin Scopel, Jenna Lane and Rebecca Lane; her great grandchild Jacks Carroll-Lane; and her cousins, Allen Greenawalt of Birdsboro, Melinda Smith of Pittsburgh and Mike Mazurek of Butler.
